To submit a warranty claim, please contact us and follow these steps:
- Provide a short message describing the issue and where you purchased your product.
- Provide a clear picture of the defect and any relevant photos & receipts. The Contact us form will allow up to 5 files to be attached. Please make sure the pictures are attached as .JPEG files as we cannot open .HEIC files.
Once you've requested a claim, a representative will follow up to assist you as soon as possible.
